The grapes are sourced from specific small family vineyards across South Australia. The fruit is carefully transported to the winery where the vinification will begin sorting out berries and gently pressed. The white must will go straight into a stainless steel tank and the red must will mature in seasoned oak for about 8 months.


Our winemaking philosophy is simple wines made to purely enjoy and share with friends and family. We like to work close with the winemaker to observe and understand the different passages of production that make us appreciate the big work behind, with a passion and love for this industry. We work to produce honest wines made with integrity, working only with growers who follow organic practices.
